Chargers News: Bears Fans Torn Over Long-Term Starting QB As LA Game Approaches

They are nothing but loyal...

After another loss this past weekend (a 31-17 defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs), your Los Angeles Chargers now sit with a record of 2-4 on the season. They have dropped two straight since their bye week and are now searching for more answers.

It has been anything but consistent for this team and has seen them struggle out of the gates. In their two victories, the Bolts have narrowly escaped with wins; otherwise, they could be in real trouble right now.

The path to the postseason looks bleak right now, but they still have time to change their fortune. It all starts with their upcoming game against the Chicago Bears this weekend.

On paper, the Chargers should easily win this game. But the Chargers haven't done anything to prove that thought this season and have tended to play down to their competition.

At just 2-5, the Bears aren't a great football team right now, and they are dealing with an injury to their young quarterback Justin Fields. It remains to be seen if he will play this week, but the Chargers can't overlook Chicago, no matter who is under center.

Chicago is coming off a win over the Las Vegas Raiders last week without Fields, and it seems that Chicago fans are a bit confused about who they want to start the game this week against LA.

Whether it is Fields or Tyson Bagent under center, the Chargers can't take them for granted. LA needs a win in the worst way, and they need to make sure that they come out prepared in this one. They can't afford another slip-up, and if they lose to the Bears, their season is pretty much all but over.

Los Angeles needs to find a way to turn things around, and a game against a team like Chicago could be just what they need. But they have to actually execute their game plan in this one.
