4-6 would be a total disaster.

Chargers News: Bolts Detail Approach To Borderline Must-Win Packers Game

With the season more or less on the line, your Los Angeles Chargers will visit Green Bay to take on the 3-6 Packers.

Sitting at 4-5, the Bolts can't afford to slip up any more than they already have. With a tough schedule under their belt, combined with six more difficult matchups ahead (Kansas City, Denver twice, Buffalo, Baltimore, Las Vegas), this is a game they simply cannot lose.

Luckily, the Bolts seem dialed in. Here are some comments from two key defensive players entering the matchup, per Jeff Miller of The Los Angeles Times.

“We’re at a point now where we have to play to our standard....there’s no other choice. There’s no turning back," linebacker Kenneth Murray Jr. offered.

“You have to move forward....You don’t have time to wait and dwell," safety Derwin James Jr. opined. "Green Bay is coming in ready to play, so we have to be ready to play.”

Both Murray and Derwin James seem to have the right attitude going in, understanding that this is a opportunity that they outright cannot miss out on, as Green Bay has lost six of their last seven, with their only win coming at home against Rams backup quarterback Brett Rypien.

Green Bay is also not built to compete with a team like the Chargers, as quarterback Jordan Love has not played well, inhibiting their ability to come back from large deficits. The Chargers, on the other hand, have been terrific in the first-half of games offensively, as they're tied for third in the league in first-half points per game.

A 10:00am kickoff at Lambeau Field in mid-November isn't ideal for a Los Angeles-based team, but the talent advantage and clear need to perform well entering the game should outweigh the external challenges that lie ahead.
