How to Watch KC Chiefs vs. NE Patriots: NFL Week 15 Streaming, Odds, Preview

Here's how you can follow along as the Chiefs look to get back on track with a road win in Week 15.

The Kansas City Chiefs sit at 8-5 through 13 games, but they have a unique opportunity ahead of them that starts this weekend against the New England Patriots.

For four weeks in a row to close the 2023-24 regular season, Andy Reid's club is facing a backup quarterback. This week's test is Bailey Zappe, who commands an offense that is currently contributing to a 3-10 record on the year. It's been tough sledding for Bill Belichick's team thus far, as the post-Tom Brady era continues to go poorly for a Patriots franchise that has accomplished so much over the last two decades.

Kansas City has won back-to-back games against New England dating back to the 2019 season. It also holds a 3-2 advantage over the last five, with the all-time series standing at 20-16-3 in favor of the Chiefs. With the home team's season essentially being over at this point, the visitors are in bigger need of a victory in Week 15. If Reid's club wants to maintain any real chance of securing the AFC's No. 1 seed come playoff time, it has to take care of business starting now.
