Travis Kelce Announces ‘Kelce Jam’ Festival on Draft Weekend
While 2023 is just over three full months underway, Travis Kelce has already had one heck of a year thus far. On Tuesday morning, the Kansas City Chiefs' star tight end shared that he has one more thing up his sleeve this offseason.
Sharing from his own personal Twitter account, Kelce announced his plans for "Kelce Jam," which will be a music festival held on Friday, April 28 at Azura Amphitheater in the Kansas City area at 6:00 p.m.:
That Friday date may seem familiar, and for good reason. "Kelce Jam" will follow the second day of the 2023 NFL Draft and help usher in the finale of it ahead of Saturday. The star-studded music festival is set to feature the likes of Machine Gun Kelly, Loud Luxury, Rick Ross and Kansas City's own Tech N9ne. "Kelce Jam" 2023 will last until midnight in Bonner Springs, providing those in attendance with six consecutive hours of entertainment. Kelce's partners for this year are Wingstop, TickPick, A Shoc Energy and Ball Aluminum Cup. Food options include traditional choices such as hot dogs and pretzels, as well as local barbecue staples such as Joe's BBQ and Q39. The parking lot at Azura Amphitheater is slated to open at 4:00 — two hours before doors open for the music festival.
Pre-sale tickets for "Kelce Jam" open on Friday, April 7 at 10:00 a.m. With that said, those who wait for general ticket sales won't have to hold off for too long.
