"It's been a turbulent offseason" - says host Jeremy Schaap.
Michael Wilbon's commentary leads off the show with highlights and a clip from Dan Snyder from 2014.

ESPN now has a panel of their contributors being interviewed by Schaap.
Jason Reid: "It's not a franchise held in high regard."
Kimberley A. Martin: "It's awful."
Kevin Blackistone: "My fanaticism (for the team) has been deleted from my DNA."
After a break, the clips of the ex-employees start and all four women repeat the same mantra about Dan Snyder. They were not supposed to look him in the eye.
Rachel Engleson, Megan Imbert, Alicia Klein and Tiffany Scourby
Klein describes a time that she was told she was not supposed to go to the bathroom.
Scourby says the only time she talked with Snyder was the fight night charity event and she describes the encounter that night.
"He said we have a hotel room," and said she walked away saying that she had to work.
"He can deny it all day long but I have no motivation...she describes it as a potential "he said, she said" and then caps it with "she said, because it happened."
Engleson and Imbert describe it as a very uncomfortable culture and it was about "who didn't make a comment."
The human resources department was described as "non-existent."

Imbert says the moment she found our her department was involved, "I was disgusted."
Engleson says Snyder's initial response was a "slap in the face" and that he's "100% responsible."
"Nothing's going to change," says Scourby.
"I think they should remove him," Klein said. "I don't think they respect women."
The previous panel comes back after the interview cuts and Blackistone says the NFL needs to use their power to get rid of Snyder.
Certainly a popular opinion among the fan base. They can make it happen if they truly want to.
Jason Wright, the new President says "we don't have a robust HR infrastructure" and started the search even before he officially took the job.
Wright says Rivera is a "brilliant mind" but it's mostly because of the type of person he is.
"Looking forward all the signs are pointing in the right direction to me."
"You have a pathway here." - Wright says of employees that might come from different backgrounds.
Jason Reid of ESPN's "The Undefeated" doesn't believe that Wright will be in Washington for very long, but feels this could be Rivera's last stop in the NFL.
