Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb 'Recruiting' Bijan Robinson & Jaxon Smith-Njigba? NFL Draft LOOK

FRISCO - Just as with Micah Parsons before him, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb can't really do anything to "recruit'' to The Stat top prospects in this NFL Draft. But he can make them comfortable with the idea, just in case it happens on Thursday ... and maybe just in case a connection in the future is possible.

But for now? It appears Lamb was in Kansas City on the eve of the draft for a YouTube/NFL photo shoot ... and alongside of him were at least two of the top prospects, including Texas running back Bijan Robinson and Ohio State wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

As it happens, Robinson and Smith-Njigba have both been linked to the Cowboys as the pre-draft process has chugged along - though both are expected to be long gone by the time Dallas picks at slot No. 26.

But just in case ... the fellas are hanging out, with the Oklahoma product Lamb joking about Robinson having said he "wanted to go to the Eagles, so I’m not worried about him ... Nah, I’m joking. … All love. My man went to Texas, so you know I got to give him a hard time.”

(Worth mentioning: Bijan has also even more recently said how "special'' it would be if he somehow lands with the Cowboys.)

As we recently noted, Robinson has also been hanging out on DFW with another Cowboys star as he and Micah Parsons have been together at the same Frisco facility.

“Micah’s my guy, man. That’s my dude,” Robinson told Heavy Sports during an April 26 interview. “We just end up working out at the same gym with the same trainers. But every single day, we’re just always joking around [and] competing against each other. That’s my big bro right there, and he’s been helping me out a lot throughout this whole process.”

The "whole process'' is about to be rolled out in this NFL Draft ... with Bijan Robinson and DFW native Jaxon Smith-Njigba waiting their turns.
