FRISCO - The Dallas Cowboys travel to play the winless Arizona Cardinals in Week 3 on Sunday afternoon from State Farm Stadium with a chance to put up more big numbers ... maybe with the help from some big players.

Dallas is off to terrific start, having outscoring its first two opponents, 70-10. The +60 margin of victory is the highest margin of victory through the first two games in franchise history since 1968.

The winless Cardinals, 12.5-point underdogs here, are ripe for the picking in terms of more of the same. But before Dallas gets there?

Dallas, ideally, needs to get healthy.

Coach Mike McCarthy on Wednesday morning here at The Star ahead of the week's first full practice said that Zack Martin (ankle) will work in rehab on the side, but that Tyler Smith (hamstring), Brandin Cooks (knee) and Donovan Wilson (calf) are all slated to practice.

Sunday will be quarterback Dak Prescott's 100th game played and started. Prescott is fresh off completing 31-of-38 passes for 255 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions vs. the Jets. Dallas is one of five teams in 2023 without a turnover through two games. Get Zack Martin and Tyler Smith healthy and the Cowboys can expect more of the same.

Dallas is also monitoring the health of O-lineman Chuma Edoga (elbow).

Meanwhile, CeeDee Lamb has been Prescott's go-to. In Week 2, Lamb finished with 11 receptions for 143 yards. Impressively, through the first two games, Lamb has accumulated 137 of his 220 receiving yards when running after the catch. That's part-and-parcel with the new "Texas Coast Offense,'' and something that Cooks can also take advantage of if healthy.

And finally, on the other side of the ball: The Dallas defense looks to get after journeyman backup QB Josh Dobbs, who’s been thrust into the starting job in place of the rehabbing Kyler Murray. Safety Wilson has yet to play this year but would be a welcome addition if healthy in Week 3.
