New York Giants Off-season Schedule Announced

In this story:
Spring football is right around the corner for the New York Giants, who will report for the start of their off-season program on April 15 at the team's East Rutherford headquarters.
Phase One of the off-season program, which runs for two weeks, starts April 15 and ends April 26, just in time for the draft. This phase comprises activities limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation only.
Phase Two, which begins the following week, runs for three weeks and consists of on-field workouts that may include individual or group instruction and drills, as well as “perfect play drills,” and drills and plays with offensive players lining up across from offensive players and defensive players lining up across from defensive players, conducted at a walk-through pace. No live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills are permitted.
Veterans are not permitted on the practice field when teams hold their mandatory rookie minicamp dates. The Giants will hold their rookie minicamp May 10-11.
Phase Three consists of the next four weeks of the program. Teams may conduct a total of 10 days of organized team practice activity, or “OTAs.” No live contact is permitted, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.
The Giants OTA dates are May 20-21, May 23, May 28-29, May 31, June 3-4, and June 6-7. Media access is granted for every third workout date.
Teams are also allowed to hold one mandatory minicamp. The Giants' minicamp will be held from June 11 to 13, and the camp will be open to the media.
