Bryce Huff took a step forward in Year 3, proving to be an effective member of the Jets' rotation of edge rushers.

The 6-foot-3 defensive end accounted for 3.5 sacks and 10 quarterback hits over 14 appearances in the rotational role.

"I feel I did a good job, took advantage of the opportunities that I got," said Huff after a training camp practice ahead of his fourth NFL season.

Huff, who originally joined the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Memphis in 2020, produced a 21.3 percent pressure rate in 2022 according to the NFL’s @NextGenStats.

"I've improved a good bit," said Huff. "I just come out here and try my best to get better every day."

He was responsible for one of the team's top defensive highlights of the 2022 season while helping to ground Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills' high-powered attack. Hall's late-game strip sack pushed the Bills off schedule behind the sticks and put Gang Green in position to seal a 20-17 victory in Week 9.

"Afterwards, it was just continue rushing. Like the next plays after, just get off the ball, get to the quarterback again, try to shut the game down," recounted Huff.
