Date Announced for 2024 NFL Draft Held in Detroit

The dates of the 2024 NFL Draft have been announced by the Detroit Lions.

After next month's draft that is set to take place in Kansas City from April 27-29, the eyes of the NFL world will shift to Detroit, the host site of next year's draft.

The 2024 draft is scheduled to occur from April 25-27.

"It's another great day in the Detroit region, with the official announcement of dates for the 2024 NFL Draft. Fans locally and across the nation can now mark their calendars and plan their visit for a celebration of football and Detroit hospitality," said Claude Molinari, Visit Detroit president and CEO. "Planning will intensify and we will continue to collaborate with the City of Detroit, the Detroit Lions, Downtown Detroit Partnership and other key stakeholders to ensure the event creates a beneficial lasting legacy for all members of our community."

A large audience tunes in every season to witness one of the marquee events on the NFL's yearly calendar.

The 2022 draft was attended by over 300,000 fans, and seen by 10.03 million viewers.
