Betting the Panthers: Week 10

Which Panthers bets make the most sense for their Week 10 tilt vs. the Bears?

Each week, I'll give a handful of prop bets or parlays pertaining to that week's Carolina Panthers game. I've already made my picks for the side and total for Carolina vs. Chicago, which you can view below.

Here are this week's prop bets and parlays (odds via FanDuel):

Anytime touchdown scorer: Bears WR DJ Moore (+170)

It's only fitting that the Panthers miserable 2023 season features a game in which the key piece they traded away scores a touchdown on them. Regardless of who is at quarterback for Chicago, I imagine they will heavily target Moore, giving him several opportunities to put on a show against his former team. Plus, DJ hasn't notched a touchdown since October 5th where he grabbed three against Washington. He's due.

First drive parlay: Panthers punt/Bears punt (+210)

With this game being a short week for both, I don't expect it to be a high-scoring affair. As a matter of fact, this has U-G-L-Y written all over it. Carolina's defense has played extremely well over the last couple of weeks and even without Brian Burns, I can see Carolina forcing a punt on the first Bears series. As bad as Carolina's offense has been, we can pretty much assume we're already halfway to cashing this parlay.

Rushing yards: Bryce Young over 9.5 (-114)

This feels like a lock to me. Young is constantly under pressure and has to use his legs to make plays or extend them until someone pops free. Over the last two games alone, Young has 52 yards on nine carries.
