Cam Newton Dunks on Jason McIntyre's Take Comparing Him to Dak Prescott

The former Carolina Panthers QB had to get this off his chest.

A few weeks ago, Jason McIntyre filled in for Colin Cowherd on The Herd and had one of the silliest takes regarding former Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton.

"Cam Newton, you had a worse career than Dak Prescott. And we got a great staff here at The Herd and they were able to pull up some stats. Let's just take a glance, shall we? Look at these numbers. Is that not shocking to you that Dak has had a better career than Cam? Now Cam won an MVP, obviously. He went to a Super Bowl, but Dak Prescott...look at the numbers. The numbers don't lie. Dak Prescott has had a better career and more consistent and you know, you're not really great until you're consistent."

The biggest missing piece of that stat graphic they threw up on the screen? It was missing rushing stats. Cam waited for the perfect moment to respond to McIntyre's take - following a Dallas loss in the Wild Card round to Green Bay.

"I was a dual-threat quarterback. Add in rushing yards. Add in rushing touchdowns. They try to manipulate the narrative. Instead of speaking about what I said, they try to poke at the person. Jason, if I were to do my research on you personally - failed situations, got fired from a job, flunked out of college. If I really were to do that...then I will be evil. I'm the bully. Or I'm bitter."

Get your popcorn ready because this little back and forth isn't over yet. McIntyre responded to Cam's video saying he will bring this back up on Friday afternoon's show.
