Betting the Panthers: Week 4

In this story:
Each week, I'll give a handful of prop bets or parlays pertaining to that week's Carolina Panthers game. I've already made my picks for the side and total for Carolina vs. Minnesota, which you can view here.
Here are this week's prop bets and parlays (odds via FanDuel):
Anytime touchdown scorer: Panthers TE Hayden Hurst (+360)
I know Carolina hasn't got the tight ends as involved as we all thought they would entering the season, but Hurst was the recipient on one of Bryce Young's two touchdown passes this season. With this offense struggling to hit on explosive plays, they are going to have to work their way methodically down the field. Once they get in the red zone and the field shrinks, I like Young to focus on hitting No. 81.
Bryce Young passing yards: Over 210.5
Young averaged 149.5 yards through the air in his first two starts but after watching Andy Dalton operate for a week, I think he's in line for a big game. Plus, Minnesota's pass defense ranks 26th in the league allowing over 261 yards per game. Give me the over here.
Alexander Mattison rushing yards: Under 56.5
In large part, Minnesota has struggled to run the football this season. On the other hand, the Panthers have had their own issues stopping the run. Even with Shaq Thompson out and Frankie Luvu (hip) questionable), I see Minnesota relying more on the passing game in this one as Carolina's secondary is beat up in a big way.
