Important Dates Coming Up for the Carolina Panthers

In this story:
March Madness has officially begun, but in Charlotte, the real madness is trying to figure out which direction the Carolina Panthers are leaning in regard to the top pick in next month's draft.
According to Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer, the Panthers are "really comfortable" with two quarterbacks in the class and are going to take the next few weeks or so to see if a third moves into that group. Carolina will have strong representation at the Pro Days of each of the top four quarterbacks. C.J. Stroud's is set for March 22nd, Bryce Young on March 23rd, Will Levis on March 24th, and Anthony Richardson rounds things out on March 30th.
The two the Panthers are believed to be 'comfortable" with? Ohio State's C.J. Stroud and Alabama's Bryce Young.
The biggest question mark surrounding Young is his size. Very few quarterbacks his size have made it to the NFL, much less become franchise-changing quarterbacks. Panthers head coach Frank Reich was asked at the NFL Combine if it is a concern and whether or not it will be a deciding factor.
"Yes, it is a concern. But look at Drew Brees. Look at Russell Wilson. So, are there very many quarterbacks his size that are high, high picks? No, they're not. But there are exceptions to that. Listen, everything that I've seen, every positive thing that's been said about Bryce Young, he's earned. He's an impressive young man.
"He's highly intelligent. Very fast processor. Very poised. Accurate passer. Play-maker. He checks a lot of boxes. No moment's too big for him. Very good player. Seems like a great young man. I'm very impressed with him."
