The Las Vegas Raiders could not field their team at Allegiant Stadium, their home field, at the Super Bowl on Sunday, but the Silver and Black still were represented.

As is tradition for every Raiders home game at Allegiant Stadium, the Al Davis Memorial Torch was lit before Sunday's game.

The Raiders' three Super Bowl MVPs -- quarterback Jim Plunkett, running back Marcus Allen, and wide receiver Fred Biletnikoff -- were present to light the torch together on Sunday.

All three Raiders legends played for the Silver and Black while Davis was with the Silver and Black.

Plunkett played eight seasons at quarterback for the Raiders and led them to victories in Super Bowls XV and XVIII, the last two. Plunk was MVP in Super Bowl XV and is the only eligible quarterback with two Super Bowl victories who has not been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Allen played 11 of his 16 NFL seasons with the Raiders, with whom he was named to five Pro Bowls and won the 1985 NFL MVP award. That was two seasons after he led the Raiders to the Super Bowl XVIII, where earned the MVP award. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003.

Biletnikoff played all 14 of his NFL seasons with the Raiders, ultimately being named to six Pro Bowls. He helped lead the franchise to its first-ever Super Bowl title when he and the Raiders defeated the Minnesota Vikings in Super Bowl XI, in which he was named MVP.

In 1988, Biletnikoff was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The tradition of lighting the Al Davis Memorial Torch began in 2011 at the Oakland Coliseum following Mr. Davis' death.

From February 27 to March 4, 2024, the NFL Scouting Combine will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind.

The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
