Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby says none of his goals are unattainable.

Crosby has big goals as a member of the Raiders. He wants to be a Hall of Famer, the greatest Raider of all time, and the best to do it. He disagrees with those who say these goals are unrealistic.

Crosby is already on his way to achieving these goals, posting 52  sacks in five seasons. He is a three-time Pro Bowler and two-time Second-Team All-Pro.

While Crosby is on an impressive pace already, and if he can continue, he should put himself in a good position to get what he’s after.

Crosby spoke about his goals on the latest podcast episode, "The Rush with Maxx Crosby," on which Coach Antonio Pierce was a guest.

“There’s no such thing as a ceiling,” Crosby said. “I don’t believe in that. So, every single year, I don’t like to put a number on anything because I know I’m capable of taking that next step every year because of the work I put in on a daily basis. So, it doesn’t stop for me.

“He [Pierce] knows how it is. The week after the season, I’m still walking around, and I’m limping stiff-legged, my arm is all messed up, but I live it every single day. I don’t believe in a ceiling, and I don’t believe in ‘realistic’ expectations. I don’t believe there’s a cap on what I can achieve going into next season.”

Earlier in the episode, Pierce said Crosby will not join the ranks of some of the greatest players in NFL history if he does not win a Super Bowl. Crosby hopes to bring a Lombardi Trophy back for the Silver and Black.

Crosby ranks fifth all-time in the Raiders’ history in sacks and 12th all-time in tackles. He has 88 tackles for losses, a category in which has led the NFL each of the last two seasons.

Crosby has individual statistics, but the Raiders as a team must have the success to supplement his performances. The Raiders were just outside the playoff picture last season, and are hoping Crosby and Pierce can lead them back to the postseason in 2024.
