Each week we do an article answering your Las Vegas Raiders questions and emails.  If you have one, pass it on.

Answering Your Las Vegas Raiders Questions II

Henderson, Nev. -- Each week, I take the emails and questions that you send my way and answer them.  Not all of them make the article, but if they don't, I will respond back.  So let's dig right in Raider Nation.

Hi Hondo. Just wanted to share that I have been enjoying your work. Nice to have a new writer who has a good foundation of raider historical knowledge. Have you covered or been a fan from afar before? Your podcast with Millen was great. Looking forward to more of your content. Regards, Ari Ayvi.

Hi Ari. Thank you for the wonderfully kind words. I am glad you are enjoying the coverage, I am loving serving Raider Nation. I have not covered them exclusively before, but as a person who loves and covers football, I was very mindful of there success. Now that I get to take a deep dive into the Silver and Black daily, it is nothing short of a blessing.

Hondo, I recently read an article from another media outlet that Dak Prescott could be on the Raiders horizon and would be a great fit. What do you think? Kirk M. in Sacramento, CA

What do I think? I haven't seen the article; I would not respond to it. But, I can tell you that he is NOT on the Raiders radar any time soon. He would have to make some changes to his style to fit Gruden's system, and they don't need for him now.

Hondo, do you think Mark Davis can ever be as good as his dad? Carlos R. Modesto, CA

Al Davis is not just an NFL ICON; he is an American ICON. Mark Davis has done several things already that his father didn't do. Has he lived up to his father's legacy yet? Of course not, but it is unfair to ask him to be Al. He is Mark, and as an outsider, based on the short time he has been owner, he has done a terrific job. People need to stop asking him to be Al and let him be Mark.

Hondo, I love your coverage. Please keep up the excellent work. I know you are friends with a lot of Raiders, who is your favorite? Beth in El Paso, Texas

I am friends with several, but my favorite all-time offensive player is Jim Otto. He stands for all that is right in football. Next week Otto joins me for our What Does It Mean To Be A Raider Podcast. Get ready; it was terrific.

Hondo, my buddies and I were listening to you on national radio talking Raiders. I told them that I thought you were great friends with Matt Millen. I told them that I thought I saw you on the NFL Network show about Millen. I recognize your name. Is that true? David Trent, Bronx

I was on the NFL Network Episode of A Football Life: Matt Millen. Make sure you check it out below.

Yo Hondo. Welcome to Raider Nation. Keep up what you are doing. It hit me up with a name on offense and defense you think are going to burst out in 2020. David P.

On offense, Foster Moreau is a guy that I think will shine with all the weapons around. He flies under the radar. I think you are going to see it. On defense, I believe Clelin Ferrell is going to have a monster year.
