During the 2022 season, Bricillo oversaw an O-line that helped protect the league's rushing champion, running back Josh Jacobs, who ran for 1,653 yards.
Before his time with the Raiders, Bricillo served as the O-line coach for the New England Patriots in 2020-21. He joined New England in 2019 as a coaching assistant in 2019.
Bricillo began his coaching career in high school football before he joined his alma mater, Duquesne University, as the O-line coach for the 2005 season. He was then hired by the University of Akron as a coaching assistant and held that role from 2006 to 2008.
Bricillo then moved up to a Power Five conference when he joined the University of Illinois as an offensive assistant in 2009. He was there for only a year before becoming the O-line coach at Youngstown State for nine seasons.
As Las Vegas' O-line coach, Bricillo was well respected in the Raiders' locker room, especially by his O-line group. This season, he was able to adapt to adversities amongst his starting front, including injuries to team captain Kolton Miller, center Andre James and offensive tackle Thayer Munford Jr.
New York's hiring of Bricillo comes only days after it fired former O-line coach Bobby Johnson.
The Giants' confirmed Bricillo's hiring shortly after Fowler's report.
From February 27 to March 4, 2024, the NFL Scouting Combine will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind.
The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
