Report: Ranking the Raiders' Coaching Staff

In this story:
The Las Vegas Raiders ended a disappointing season on a high note.
After removing the interim tag from Coach Antonio Pierce, the Silver and Black enter the offseason with a new look for much of their coaching staff and probably will have a new look for much of their team next season, too.
Las Vegas has filled out its coaching staff with many former coaches with decades of experience in various levels of football. Pierce has added multiple coaches with valuable knowledge, including decades of NFL coaching experience.
Pierce's ability to rally the Raiders' locker room this season and an entire offseason to make necessary changes has made next season one to look forward to.
In his ranking of all 32 NFL coaching staffs, CBS Sports' Jordan Dajani put the Raiders' staff in the "Promising Outlook" category heading into next season.
"Raiders fans got their wish when Pierce was retained to serve as Vegas' full-time head coach," Dajani said. "He went 5-4 as the Raiders' interim lead man, which included a historic defeat of the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 15 and an upset of the Chiefs in Kansas City on Christmas Day."
[Luke] Getsy is not viewed as one of the elite offensive coordinators in the NFL, but he is familiar with wide receiver Davante Adams from their time together in Green Bay.
Meanwhile, Patrick Graham's defense ranked in the top half of the league with Pierce's influence and finished No. 9 in scoring defense with 19.5 points allowed per game."
The Raiders certainly have many areas to improve upon if they hope to take the next step this upcoming season. The Silver and Black revamping their front office, coaching staff and roster is enough reason to be hopeful for next season.
Coach Pierce and his new-look coaching staff have the potential to make next season a memorable one, especially if they can have a productive draft and free agency.
The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
