In this story:

After producing 63 points in franchise record victory, the Las Vegas Raiders have confidence in three games left on the regular season schedule.

The Raiders have two more AFC West divisional games, against the  Kansas City Chiefs (8-5) on Christmas Day, and playing the Denver Broncos (7-6) at home.

The Silver and Black also go on the road to take on the Indianapolis Colts (8-6).

The Raiders have to win these next three games to have any hopes of making this year's NFL playoffs as a wildcard team.

Interim Coach Antonio Pierce had the chance to speak to the media on Friday on the confidence he and the Raiders coaching staff have after coming off one of the season's best performances.

"It's big," Pierce said. "Obviously, it doesn't matter who you play, it's hard to score 60-plus points in the National Football League. But I think just seeing the guys understand that if we execute and we do things the right way … you hear it all the time, right? It's kind of a cliche, believe in the process, and I think the guys have done that. They bounced back and like I told them on Tuesday, because I'll be honest, we were all down.

"I was down, I was into it, and the best thing that they did was they came to work and their mindset, their mentality, their energy, their bounce in the building, the way they were talking ... I had to slap myself and get out of the funk. And they got me out of the funk. I told them that on Tuesday, I told them that again today. Hats off to our players, because that's what leaders and real men do. They bring others along with them, they brought me along and hell, we kicked some ass."

It will be exciting to see if the Raiders can take this confidence with them into these three games as they try to keep their playoff hopes alive.

The Silver and Black will return to action versus their AFC West rivals, the Kansas City Chiefs, on Christmas Day at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. Don't miss it on Monday, December 25, at 1 p.m. EST/10 a.m. PST.
