The Las Vegas Raiders have placed edge rusher Chandler Jones on the non-football illness list due to a personal issue, NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported Wednesday.

Jones has not played in Las Vegas' first two games of the 2023 season and was on the injury report those two weeks.

Of course, that meant he was not on the team's first injury report for the upcoming Week 3 game between the Raiders and Pittsburgh Steelers that Las Vegas revealed Wednesday.

Meanwhile, several Raiders are on the injury report for the first time this season.

The following are all Raiders injury report updates:

Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams was listed on the injury report due to his concussion protocol evaluation, but the star wideout was a full participant in the team's practice on Wednesday.

Adams went down late in the Raiders' Week 2 loss to the Buffalo Bills after taking a big hit to the head. He recorded 84 receiving yards and a touchdown before leaving the game.

Raiders rookie cornerback Jakorian Bennett was limited in Wednesday's practice as he deals with a hamstring injury he sustained on Sunday. He had nine combined tackles (five solos) against Buffalo.

Las Vegas linebacker Divine Deablo also was limited Wednesday because of a rib injury. He totaled 10 combined tackles (six solos) in the loss to the Bills.

First-year Raider safety Marcus Epps was limited in Wednesday's practice as well after having sustained a quad injury in Week 2. Epps posted six combined tackles (five solos) on Sunday.

Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers is still in concussion protocol, but was limited Wednesday after missing all of last week.

Las Vegas defensive tackle Bilal Nichols, who is recovering from hamstring and hand injuries, was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Raiders rookie safety Chris Smith II did not participate Wednesday due to illness.

Lastly, Raiders rookie defensive end Tyree Wilson also was out Wednesday due to an illness.

Here are all Steelers updates:

The Steelers' two stars of their secondary, cornerback Patrick Peterson and free safety Minkah Fitzpatrick, did not participate in Pittsburgh's practice on Wednesday, as the former took a veteran rest day and the latter recovers from a chest injury.

The other Steelers who did not partake in Wednesday's practice include safety Damontae Kazee, linebacker Markus Golden, offensive guard Isaac Seumalo, tight end Darnell Washington, wide receiver Gunner Olszewski, and defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi.

The Silver and Black return home to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to play the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, Sept. 24, at 8:20 p.m. EDT/5:20 p.m. PDT.
