Raiders Kicker Daniel Carlson on Milestone Watch

In this story:
The Las Vegas Raiders are fortunate to have a kicker like Daniel Carlson, who has proven that he is one of the best kickers in the league, and this 2023-24 NFL regular season, he is on milestone watch.
Starting off, if Carlson makes 30 field goals this season, he would become the third kicker in NFL history to make 30-plus field goals in four straight seasons. He would be alongside kickers like Justin Tucker (2015-18) and David Akers (2008-11).
If Carlson ends the season with 103 or more points, he would become the 10th kicker in NFL History to reach 700 points in his first six seasons. If he ends the season with 135 or more points, he will become the fourth kicker in NFL history to record 135-plus points in four consecutive seasons.
With 32 made field goals in 2023, Daniel Carlson would reach a career total of 175 made field goals, becoming only the second player in NFL history to reach 175 field goals in his first six seasons. He is currently behind current Baltimore Ravens All-Pro kicker Justin Tucker, who has 202.
If Carlson finishes the 2023-24 NFL regular season with a .900 field goal percentage or better, he would become only the seventh kicker in NFL history to record four seasons with a .900 field goal percentage. He would also become the third kicker to have four of his first six seasons above a .900. Carlson would join kickers like Chris Boswell and Justin Tucker.
Lastly, if Carlson makes nine field goals of 50-plus yards, which he is competent in doing, he would pass Justin Tucker (36) for the most 50-yard field goals made in a player's first six seasons in the NFL.
Be on the watch this season as Carlson is on pace to break multiple records this NFL season as the Silver and Black's starting kicker.
The Silver and Black open the regular season at the Denver Broncos on Sunday, Sept. 10, at 4:25 p.m. EDT/1:25 p.m. PDT.
