Adams Listed Among Best Receivers Against Zone Coverage

In this story:
The Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams can expose just about any opposing defensive game plan.
There's simply no set answer as to how to contain him.
Adams adjusts to whatever is thrown at him, whether it's one or multiple men covering him.He can also thrive in zone coverage.
Braxton Howard of Pro Football Focus ranked Adams third on his list of Top-10 highest-graded receivers against zone coverage.
Adams was given a grade of 89.4.
Howard wrote the following:
"Adams was bound to be on one of these lists, as the nine-year veteran is a true nightmare for defenses -- zone or man coverage, it does not matter. His release packages are second-to-none and at this point, as he has seen everything a defensive coordinator could throw at him.
"In his first season as a Raider, he posted another elite receiving grade -- a 90.5 overall, which makes it three consecutive seasons with a 90.0-plus receiving grade. He got it done more against zone coverage, however, as 107 of his targets came against that coverage with just 33 targets coming against man coverage. This led to 946 of his 1,516 yards coming against zone, as well as being tied first with Tyreek Hill and CeeDee Lamb with five touchdowns."
Adams trailed only Hill (receiving grade against zone coverage of 91.5) and Minnesota Vikings wideout Justin Jefferson (90.2).
The Raiders star receiver finished his first season with the Silver and Black with a league-leading 14 receiving touchdowns. He would be named to his third consecutive All-Pro First Team and sixth Pro Bowl.
