X-factors for Raiders vs. Broncos

With injuries piling up for both teams, these are the players that could step up and swing the game between the Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos

With both teams having a combined five wins on the season, there won't be much in the standings for the Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos to play for on Sunday.

Plenty of players from both teams can find motivation, though, especially those who will be stepping up as injuries pile up for both teams.

Jerry Tillery

What better place to start than someone who could be making their Raiders debut this weekend.

That would be former Los Angeles Chargers defensive tackle Jerry Tillery, who the Bolts waived last Thursday.

The Raiders claimed the former first-round pick and now will look to see if a change of scenery will breathe new life in what's been an inconsistent career so far.

Tillery has flashed plus-ability in being able to rush the passer, but has had no more than 4.5 sacks in a season.

The Raiders are at the point of seeing who they'll want to keep around for next season, and if Tillery can find a higher gear in his play, it can help the Raiders finally have some semblance of a pass rush.

Dre'Mont Jones

From one defensive tackle to another, the Broncos Dre'Mont Jones is now the team's leader in sacks (5.5) with the departure of defensive end Bradley Chubb.

With Chubb gone and DE Randy Gregory still injured, Jones should serve as the focus of a very different looking Denver defensive line.

With the Raiders offensive line not being the strongest, Jones has the chance to start making a bigger name for himself on Sunday.
