Should the Raiders Re-Sign Mack Hollins?

In this story:
The Las Vegas Raiders are preparing for the beginning of free agency next week, a chance to add talented players from around the league.
However, they have a number of their free agents to decide whether or not to bring back.
They recently placed the franchise tag on star running back Josh Jacobs, keeping him in Las Vegas for another season. Some of their other main contributors on the open market include defensive end Clelin Ferrell, linebacker Denzel Perryman and safety Duron Harmon.
One Raiders free agent we will look closely at is wide receiver Mack Hollins. Hollins signed a one-year contract with the Raiders last offseason and had a solid year for the Raiders, stepping up in place of the injured Hunter Renfrow.
In his debut season with the Raiders, Hollins caught 57 passes for a career-high 690 yards and four touchdowns. His best game in the Silver and Black came against the Tennessee Titans in Week Three, when he caught eight passes for 158 yards and a touchdown.
A recent article by ESPN named Hollins as the Raiders’ best free agent signing in the last five years. Before joining the Raiders, he spent two years each with the Philadelphia Eagles and Miami Dolphins.
Hollins stands 6-4 and weighs 221 pounds, making him a threat on the outside due to his large stature. He was also one of the Raiders’ better special teams players.
The Raiders are thin at wide receiver behind Davante Adams and Renfrow, and Hollins is not the only wide receiver set to be a free agent next week, as Keelan Cole will also hit the open market.
The free agent wide receiver market has a solid level of depth, and while there are not top-heavy superstar names available, there are good contributors who could be of good value, Hollins included.
Hollins will turn 30 next season and is coming off of a career year, so he could command a multi-year contract. With Renfrow set to be healthy next year, Hollins probably won’t be as featured in the offense as last year, so it will be up to General Manager Dave Ziegler to decide whether or not he should bring Hollins back or not.
The 2023 NFL Draft will go from April 27-29 and be held at Union Station in Kansas City, Mo. On March 7, 2023, before 4 p.m. EST, is the club's deadline to designate Franchise or Transition Players.
