In this story:
It's been nearly 40 years since Las Vegas Raiders legend Jim Plunkett led the Silver and Black to their second Super Bowl title, and he still has yet to be enshrined forever in Canton, Ohio.
Plunkett helped win two of the Raiders' three titles, including when he took home the MVP award for Super Bowl XV.
Each week, Power Poll NFL surveys a variety of professionals with ties to the world of the NFL, including our own Hondo S. Carpenter Sr., asking them for input and voting on a few questions relating to the particular topic that week.

Plunkett received notable recognition in the poll that asked voters to choose the greatest quarterback ever to not be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Cincinnati Bengals legendary quarterback Ken Anderson and Plunkett tied for the most votes (63), leading fellow nominees John Brodie, Charlie Conerly, Roman Gabriel, Cecil Isbell, Phil Simms, and Joe Theismann.
