What Goals Does Maxx Crosby Have Set Going Forward?

In this story:
Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby has established himself as an elite edge rusher through his first four years in the NFL.
Crosby posted a career-best 89 combined tackles, 12.5 sacks, and a league-leading 22 tackles for losses last season.
This followed a 2022 offseason in which the Pro Bowl pass rusher was paid handsomely with a four-year, $98.98 million contract extension.
Crosby continues to reach new heights each season, giving Raider Nation reason to believe the 25-year-old is only scratching the surface.
Crosby talked with Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller about what he has his eyes on as he enters what could be the golden years of his career when he recently joined Miller's podcast, "The Voncast."
"It just makes it even more special because I've been talking about this moment since I was at Eastern [Michigan]" Crosby said. "I was 230 pounds, skinny D-end, and I always talked about it, and I always worked for it, and I constantly am putting in the work to get better. And I'm doing more and more today, even though I've got the money and I'm good and all that. But I have so much more to prove, and my legacy is everything.
"I want to win ... that's the No. 1 thing: I want to win a Super Bowl, and I want to be in the Hall of Fame. No matter what that looks like, I'm going to keep working until I get that. And I'm on a mission, man, I do it every single day. I'm 25 years old, I've been through a lot. But I appreciate all the scars that come along because that's what made me who I am today."
Crosby has been named to the last two Pro Bowls, including the 2022 Pro Bowl, in which he won the game's defensive MVP award.
He has totaled 231 combined tackles, 65 for losses, 37.5 sacks, 93 quarterback hits, seven forced fumbles, and 16 passes defensed in his career.
The Raiders drafted Crosby in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
