What Would it Cost the Raiders to Attain No. 1 Pick?

In this story:
It's been seven years since a team traded up for the No. 1 overall pick of the NFL Draft, but it could very well happen this year.
The Chicago Bears, who hold this year's first overall pick, are far from where they want to be when it comes to contending in this league, let alone their division.
Trading the No. 1 pick could bring them from zero to hero overnight (in terms of their upside), and plenty of teams should be willing to trade up.
The Las Vegas Raiders' need for a new franchise quarterback does qualify them as a team that could trade up within a draft that will include 2021 Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young and 2021-22 Heisman Trophy finalist C.J. Stroud.
However, the Raiders need to please the star offensive weapons they have, wide receiver Davante Adams and running back Josh Jacobs, and that could entail bringing in an established quarterback.
If Las Vegas decides to trade up, Pro Football Focus' Michael Renner constructed a hypothetical scenario that outlines what the Raiders would need to give up.
Renner wrote that the Silver and Black would have to trade their No. 7 overall pick, their No. 38 overall pick, their No. 70 overall pick, a 2024 first-round pick and a 2024 second-round pick.
With the No. 1 pick being 3,000 points on the classic Jimmy Johnson trade value chart and the Raiders' giveaway worth 3,680 points, the trade would have a surplus value of 22.7 percent.
The Raiders have not had the first overall pick in the draft since 2007.
