After winning their first preseason game in dominant fashion, the Las Vegas Raiders are turning their attention to their second preseason encounter against the Los Angeles Rams.

The Raiders did not play very many starters in the first game, allowing opportunities for players trying to make the roster to fight for more snaps going forward.

Some of those players will have the chance to continue to build off of what they were able to do in Week 1 of the preseason this upcoming Saturday. Let’s take a closer look at three Raiders on offense who have a chance to build off their first performance.

Wide Receiver Tre Tucker -- Tucker’s numbers might not have shown it, but the rookie receiver out of Cincinnati had himself a solid game.

While he caught only one pass for 15 yards and had a few drops, the speed was evident from Tucker on Sunday. He was consistently using his explosiveness off the line to separate himself from defenders.

Tucker also had a role on special teams, where the Raiders plan to use him during the regular season. He will look to hold on to more passes when he takes on the Rams.

Offensive Tackle Dalton Wagner -- With the injury to Brandon Parker, Wagner's performance against the Rams could prove to be crucial.

While it might be a long shot, Wagner, a player who was not selected in the 2023 NFL Draft out of Arkansas, had an impressive game. In only 25 snaps, Wagner earned the second-highest Pro Football Focus grade on the team at 89.3.

The Raiders are hoping to keep as many offensive linemen healthy as they can, and with his performance on Sunday, Wagner might have earned himself an increase in snaps going forward this preseason.

Tight End Cole Fotheringham -- The Raiders’ leading receiver from Sunday, Fotheringham was a favorite target of quarterback Aidan O’Connell’s.

The second-year man out of Utah has a few tight ends in front of him on the depth chart, but he shined on Sunday, catching five passes for 71 yards.

Because of this performance, Fotheringham could have the opportunity to earn even more snaps against the Rams, looking to build off of it and increase his chances of making the 53-man roster.
