Raiders Play in Chicago for the First Time Since 2015

Since the release of the Las Vegas Raiders' 2023-24 NFL regular season schedule in May, their season has been rated as the 10th hardest strength of schedule.

The Raiders have the opportunity to play the entire NFC North Division. One of the NFC North teams the Raiders get to play this season is the Chicago Bears in Chicago, where the Raiders have not played on their home field in a long time.

The last time the Raiders played at Solider Field against the Chicago Bears was in 2015. The Raiders played the Bears on Oct. 4 in Week 4 of the 2015 NFL season. The Bears won this game, 22-20.

Derek Carr of the Raiders threw 20 completions on 33 passes for 196 passing yards, finished the game with two passing touchdowns and one interception, and had a QB rating of 84.9. Jay Cutler, starting quarterback for the Bears at the time, threw 28 completions on 43 attempts for 281 yards, with two touchdowns and one interception.

Running back Latavius Murray of the Raiders had 15 rushing attempts for 49 yards while running back Matt Forte had 25 rushing attempts for 91 yards. Wide receivers Amari Cooper and Roy Helu finished the game with the only touchdowns for the Raiders. Cooper caught a 26-yard pass from Carr, and Helu caught a four-yard touchdown pass, also from Carr.

According to Statmuse.com, the Raiders have a record of 8-8 against the Chicago Bears.

The last time the Raiders played the Chicago Bears was Oct. 10 of the 2021 NFL Regular season. The Bears won this game, 20-9, against the Raiders at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

The Raiders and Bears are set to kick off on Week 7 of the NFL regular season at 10 a.m. PST, and the Raiders will try to take the all-time series lead against the Bears.
