In this story:

The Las Vegas Raiders are marching into the 2024 National Football League offseason with a full leadership team in place and the green light from their owner to forge the Silver and Black into perennial winners.

The optimism in Raider Nation is tangible, and it should be.

Our latest Las Vegas Raiders Insider Podcast episode deals with the disrespect for Coach Antonio Pierce, the suspension of quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, expansion at many levels in the NFL and much more.

Owner Mark Davis has assembled a leadership team of General Manager Tom Telesco and Coach Antonio Pierce, plus a vision for what they want the next decade of Silver and Black football to look like.

This podcast will help you understand that.

New Raiders Offensive Coordinator Luke Getsy said of his reasoning for taking the job: "Yeah, that second part I'm not familiar with just yet. But you talked about this organization and the history of this organization. I've been fortunate to be a part of two other organizations that have that tradition and history, and it's just something that resonates in me. I grew up in Pittsburgh, so obviously growing up in the Steeler-Raider rivalry, and all the cool stuff that's happened between these two organizations. So, there's just always been a really cool respect that I've always had for the Raiders growing up, so that's the starting point, the why you ever would want to be in the Silver and Black.

"And then you get the opportunity to get here, and I came on the interview, and it's not just me and AP [Antonio Pierce], but with everybody in this building. Something that's really important to me are the people. Everywhere I've been, I've really tried to connect to everybody in the building, not just stick in that football side, and I love the flow of this new building and how you're able to do that. You're able to be a part of all the things because we're in this together, right? This isn't just about me, or one player, or anything; this is an entire organization going to win, and I just think it's really cool how they set this thing up to where we can all connect. And it was obvious as soon as I walked in the building how important this family atmosphere is, and so I was really drawn to it."

The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
