Henderson, Nev. -- As we inch towards game time at a snail's pace, we take time to answer your questions about the Las Vegas Raiders.

Hondo, do you think of Jon Gruden as an elite coach? Mike Brewer

I do. His Super Bowl ring is an indicator of at least be deserving of the question, but all that he has done around it. I 100% think of Gruden as an elite coach.

Of all of the players at all of their positions, Hondo, who do you think is the best player on this team? Brenda Jarrett

That isn't a germane question. It is like asking what part of your body is the most important. There are several body parts you can't live without? So I will say this. There are some great players on this team. Derek Carr to start, Darren Waller is another. Rodney Hudson is elite, and Kolton Miller is on the road to the elite. How about the exceptional talent of Josh Jacobs? Alec Ingold may be the best fullback in the NFL, and Johnathan Abram is a star? I am not trying to be a politician; I am just attempting to be honest.

Hondo, call you shot. Do we win Sunday in New England? T. Young

No, I do not think so. The Raiders physically beat up on the road back East for a 10 AM game. I have had this penciled as a loss from the moment the schedule came out, and I feel that way. It will be competitive and a good ball game, but I don't think they win.

Hondo, we have a lot of injuries. Is it on the training staff? Peter Meyer

No. It is on no spring or preseason games. Guys being locked out of the facility during COVID-19 as well. I would say when you look around the NFL; there are plenty of teams in worse shape than the Raiders.
