In this story:

BUFFALO, NY.--The Las Vegas Raiders are less than 24 hours from taking on the Buffalo Bills, and today, we answer some of the questions and emails from Raider Nation.

Hondo, it appears to me that this Raiders team is much more laid back.  Do you see that?  Jake M.

Confident for sure, but I would never call them laid back. They are aggressive and hungry, close as people, and perhaps that comes off as laid back.  I can assure you that laid back isn't how I see it being around them daily.

Hunter Renfrow, I saw your interview with Hunter Renfrow from the locker room in West Virginia.  I know you never said he would be traded, but you did say you would be surprised if he weren't.  My question is that you two seem to have an excellent rapport.  Did your reporting hurt that relationship?  You don't have to use it in an article, but I would like an answer.  Thank you, Casey C.

First, Hunter is aware of what I said.  I said nothing that wasn't accurate and never got into details.  He and I have a warm relationship, and he has no issues with anything I said.

Hondo, with Aidan O'Connell not playing, does that mean he isn't talking either?  I would love updates on how he is doing.  Thank you.  Michael P.

He is practicing hard and is very active on gameday.  Additionally, I do talk to him often.  Here is one interview I did this week in West Virginia.

Hondo, I love all of your sources.  I am frustrated that we won last week; I wanted us to tank to get Caleb Williams.  Do your sources think he is the best QB since Peyton Manning?  I would love some thoughts.  E. Morales

There are a lot of people who love Caleb Williams.  But, from my insiders, I think Drake Maye from North Carolina is garnering is rising fast, and some think he is the best for the next NFL Draft.

Hondo, if we beat the Buffalo Bills, can you give me a name that we aren't talking about today but we will?  I know Jimmy Garoppolo, Maxx Crosby, and the usuals; I am looking for who you think has to have a big day.  Kiera S.

On offense, I would say DeAndre Carter, without Jakobi Meyers, his speed on the edge, where the Raiders have to attack, is big.  On the defense, I would say that Silver and Black need more from Malcolm Koonce.  He has it, he can do it, and I expect it.

Hondo, you have been unwavering in your support of Dave Ziegler and Josh McDaniels.  Something I have scorched you over.  You probably don't care, but I finally see it and get it.  They have won me over.  Sorry for my attacks.  Kyle W.

Hi Hondo.  I am a first time emailer, but I love your work and constantly watch and read. I want to make a statement.  It was painfully obvious how slow Tyree Wilson was off the line of scrimmage last week. I appreciate how you asked him tough questions yet didn't embarrass him.  I love how you ask the most challenging questions, but in a way that you wouldn't notice if you weren't paying attention.  Then I loved how you asked Maxx Crosby, a captain, what he is doing to help.  Great work. You should have been a lawyer.  Ted. Q.
