In this story:

HENDERSON, Nev.--The Las Vegas Raiders entered the 2022 season with the talking heads bemoaning the "weakest" area of the team, the offensive line.

When the dust settled on the season, the Silver and Black's offensive line had blocked for the National Football League rushing leader in Josh Jacobs, and while not the best at pass blocking, the issues on the team's aerial attack were not all on them.

I sat down at the Las Vegas Raiders training camp with the Silver and Black offensive line guru, Carmen Bricillo, and we have his entire media availability for you to watch.

You can watch that interview below:

Bricillo is his usual direct self as we dive into the Silver and Black line.  We discuss such topics as:

*The greatness of left tackle Kolton Miller and how his work ethic impacts this team.

*There is a unique relationship on the Las Vegas Raiders offensive line.  We learn about the group dynamic, the competition, and how this group is working together despite that.

*Guard Dylan Parham is a burgeoning star, offers a lot to the Raiders and is a reason to be excited about the future.

*The Las Vegas Raiders added a grizzled veteran in guard Greg Van Roten this offseason. He is not only durable but also a leader and lends a presence to the Silver and Black offensive line room.

*In the National Football League, every player is talented. But availability is better than ability, and Carmen Bricillo talks about that mindset on the Las Vegas Raiders offensive line.

*Tackle Dalton Wagner and offensive lineman McClendon Curtis are two UDFAs in the 2023 rookie class. Both are big and powerful, fighting to be part of the long-term solution to the Las Vegas Raiders offensive line. Bricillo discusses how the men adapt to the National Football League and, more importantly, the Silver and Black.

The Silver and Black open the preseason by hosting the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, Aug. 13, at 4 p.m. EDT/1 p.m. PDT.
