Ravens Center Tyler Linderbaum 'Chasing A Goal Bigger Than Pro Bowls'

Baltimore Ravens center Tyler Linderbaum made the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career.

Tyler Linderbaum was one of many Baltimore Ravens with reason to celebrate after the players who made the Pro Bowl were revealed.

Linderbaum was one of seven Ravens to make the Pro Bowl. Among the seven, Linderbaum, safety Kyle Hamilton, linebacker Patrick Queen and defensive tackle Justin Madubuike earned the accolade for the first time in their career.

While earning a Pro Bowl is just a cherry on top of many accolades Linderbaum and the Ravens have earned this season, having already clinched the No. 1 seed and AFC North, it's the last thing on the second-year center's mind heading into the final game of the regular season vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7) and the playoffs.

"At the end of the day, the Pittsburgh Steelers aren't going to care on Saturday if I'm a Pro Bowler or not," Linderbaum said. "I'm still going to have to go out there and play. So, I would just enjoy it for whenever they said I made the Pro Bowl, but I have to move ahead and focus on this upcoming game and into the playoff push because we're all chasing a goal that is bigger than Pro Bowls."

Linderbaum has been an anchor for a Ravens running that leads the NFL with 159.7 rushing yards per game. The Iowa product has also been graded highly by Pro Football Focus with a 77.8, and it has credited him with not allowing a single sack in 484 pass-blocking opportunities.

Linderbaum was the Ravens' second pick in the 1st round of the 2022 NFL Draft, with Hamilton being taken ahead of him. While Linderbaum mentioned how happy he was for his fellow draft-mate, he made sure to note the Ravens' biggest goals still lie ahead.

"We continue to work [and] continue to push each other," Linderbaum said. "There's a lot of good men that are deserving of being Pro Bowlers. There's a lot of talented guys on this team, especially Kyle. Kyle can do a lot of different things. You guys can see it on the field, and in the locker room, he's a great guy, too. So, [I'm] happy for him and [I'm] proud of him, but I think a lot of guys can agree – we still have another goal that we're chasing."

Baltimore wraps up the regular season on Saturday when it faces the Steelers at 4:30 p.m. ET at M&T Bank Stadium.
