Seattle Seahawks, Drew Lock Stun Philadelphia Eagles in Final Seconds, Keep Season Alive

The Seattle Seahawks snapped their four-game losing streak in dramatic fashion, shocking the Philadelphia Eagles with a last-minute comeback.

Just when it looked like the Seattle Seahawks looked like they were done for, both in Monday night's game and essentially the season as a whole, they pulled magic out of their hat to stun the defending NFC Champions 20-17..

This game was always going to be a difficult one against the 10-3 Eagles, but the situation got even more complicated when Geno Smith was unexpectedly active for the game. Despite their starting quarterback's return, the Seahawks still opted to go with the healthier Drew Lock.

Right away, the game started off poorly as Philadelphia jumped out to a 10-0 lead early in the second quarter. If not for a Jason Myers field goal inside the two-minute warning, Seattle would've gone into the half without a point on the board.

The second half got off to a much better start for the Seahawks, as Kenneth Walker scored on a 23-yard scamper to cap off an impressive opening drive. However, that momentum didn't last long as the Eagles answered right back on the ensuing drive, with Jalen Hurts scoring his second rushing touchdown of the game.

Much of the fourth quarter turned into a stalemate, with Myers providing the only points thanks to another field goal. Trailing by four, the Seahawks pulled off an epic two-minute drill, with Lock finding Jaxon Smith-Njigba for the go-ahead score with less than 30 seconds to go.

Even then, the Eagles still had one last chance to come back. That was until Julian Love came flying across the field to pick Hurts' pass off and ice the game.

Lock finished the game 22-of-33 for 208 yards and one touchdown, but no matter what the stat line says, that final drive will live in Seahawks lore. Walker also had a strong performance, racking up over 100 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown.

On the other side, Hurts completed 17 of 31 passes for 143 yards and two interceptions, plus his 82 yards and two scores on the ground. D'Andre Swift added 74 yards rushing as well.

With playoff hope renewed, the Seahawks next travel to face the Tennessee Titans on Christmas Eve.
