On the Day Dak Is Tagged, Amari Cooper Re-Signs with the Dallas Cowboys

The NFL trade news keeps rolling in. Amari Cooper agrees to re-sign with the Dallas Cowboys for a 5-year, $100 million dollar deal, as first reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The deal makes Cooper one of the highest-paid receivers in the league and keeps Dak’s favorite receiver from last season in The Big D. Last season, Cooper set career highs for catches (79), yards (1,189) and touchdowns (eight) and made his fourth Pro Bowl appearance. He reportedly turned down “significantly” more money from the Washington Redskins to stay in Dallas
