The Vikings will wrap up their three-game preseason slate by hosting the Arizona Cardinals at U.S. Bank Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

This is a final opportunity for longshots or players on their roster bubble to state their case ahead of cutdown day on Tuesday. Most of the players who take the field in this game will be fighting to secure their NFL futures, whether it's on the Vikings' roster or practice squad or with another team.

As usual, don't expect to see any Vikings stars or even starters. This game might be even more about the third and fourth-stringers than the previous two. It's possible Nick Mullens will sit and Jaren Hall (and maybe Jordan Ta'amu) will get all the action at quarterback for the Vikings.

It might not end up being the most scintillating football, but this is a big chance for some unheralded young players to stand out and make a positive impression.
