The NHL Has Set the Stanley Cup Playoffs for July 30

The NHL has set a date...
The league announced the Stanley Cup playoffs will begin July 30, with a two-week training camp at their respective facilities beginning July 10. The 24 playoff teams are expected to be split between two hub cities, and while the hub cities have not yet been confirmed, the league will reportedly finalize the locations "within the next week or so."
The conference-based tournament will include a 16-team, eight-series qualifying round and a round-robin competition among the top four teams in each conference to determine seeding for the first round. The league has said it will test players for COVID-19 daily if games return.
