How NHL Refs Are Getting Ready For The Return of Hockey

Referees are just as much at risk as the athletes, so how are they preparing?

There has been plenty of talk about how athletes will adjust in returning to competition, but what about referees? Well, in the NHL, the officials are apparently taking the return to the ice as seriously as players and teams are. Sports Illustrated host Robin Lundberg discussed the preparation method for NHL referees when it comes to the league's return from its bubble sites with SI writer Alex Prewitt.
