Cristiano Ronaldo will not play against Manchester United

When Real Madrid faces Manchester United at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor Saturday, star striker Cristiano Ronaldo will not play.

Manager Carlo Ancelotti said Ronaldo will not play in the final group stage match of International Champions Cup against United.

Real Madrid are 0-1-1 thus far in the tournament, having lost to AS Roma and drawn against Inter Milan. Gareth Bale scored Madrid's lone goal of the tournament. United lead the group after defeating Roma and drawing against Milan.

Saturday's game at the 109,000-seat Big House is sold out.

The ICC final will be held August 4 at Sun Life Stadium in Miami.
