Report: Fitzpatrick And Bills Finalizing Six Year Deal Worth $59 Million

The Buffalo Bills are finalizing a contract with quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, according to a tweet from Chris Moretensen of ESPN.com. The deal would reportedly be worth $59 million over six years.

“#Bills & QB Ryan Fitzpatrick finalizing new contact today - $59 million over 6 years; $24M guaranteed; $33 million in 1st 3yrs #NFL32,” Moretensen said in a tweet.

Through six games this season Fitzpatrick has led the Bills to a 4-2 record. The 29-year-old has thrown 12 touchdowns to just six interceptions, and currently boasts a 95.3 quarterback rating. Last season in 13 starts for the Bills he threw for 23 touchdowns and 15 interceptions, leading Buffalo to a 4-9 record.
