Denver Broncos' head coach had quarterback Tim Tebow address the team Saturday night before their 16-13 overtime win over San Diego.

Tebow turned to the Bible for words of inspiration, choosing a verse from Proverbs.

"He said iron sharpens iron and men sharpen other men. And I think that's totally true," rookie linebacker Von Miller told the Denver Post. "He gave us a great speech. We came out fired up. And that was a wrap."

For his part, Tebow was glad he could reach his teammates.
