Adrian Peterson's Ankle 'Getting More Movement'

A decision on Adrian Peterson’s status for this weekend’s game against the Denver Broncos will be made Saturday, the Pioneer Press reports.

Peterson sustained a high ankle sprain in a Nov. 20 21-27 loss against the Oakland Raiders. The 26-year-old only completed six carries in the game for 26 yards and missed the Vikings’ following game against the Atlanta Falcons.

The former NFL rushing champion has yet to be cleared to practice but was able to run on the sprained left ankle and says he’s “getting more movement.”
