Report: Earl Bennett Agrees To Four-Year Contract Extension With Chicago

The Chicago Bears have signed wide receiver Earl Bennett to a four-year, $18 million contract, according a tweet from ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The deal includes $9 million guaranteed.

In six games this season Bennett has hauled in 18 receptions and 276 yards for one touchdown. Bennett was hurt after a hard hit in a 13-30 loss in Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints, which forced him to miss the next five games for the Bears. He has played in each of the Bears last four games.

Last season for the Bears he collected 46 catches for 561 yards and three touchdowns.
