Report: Tony Romo Expected To Play This Weekend Against Giants

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo “will be fine” after inuring his hand in last week’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles and is expected to play this weekend against the New York Giants, according to ESPN.

Romo suffered a bruised hand when he struck the helmet of an Eagles player while throwing in the first quarter of Saturday’s game against the Eagles. Romo was forced to leave the game after attempting just two passes. Backup Stephen McGee threw for 182 yards and a touchdown in his place.

Through 15 games this season Romo has a 102.2 quarterback rating. The seven-year veteran has thrown for 29 touchdowns and just nine interceptions on the season.
