Anquan Boldin Claims He Lost Over $200K When Agent Went Bankrupt

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Anquan Boldin says that he lost $220,000 when his former agent declared bankruptcy, according to Fox Sports.

Boldin claims that he lent his Darrell Eugene Willis $170,000 in 2004 for his former agent to set up his own sports management company. The agreement between the two reportedly said that Willis would repay Boldin with interest over time.

When Willis was unable to repay the loan, Boldin filed suit in bankruptcy court against his former agent, however the Tallahassee, Fla., judge ruled that he was financially unable to repay his debts.
