Troy Polamalu Wins Appeal On $10K NFL Fine

Steelers safety Troy Polamalu has won an appeal of a $10,000 NFL fine for using a cell phone on the side lines, according to USA Today.

Polamalu was issued the fine in October for using the phone to contact his wife after suffering concussion like symptoms during a game, which according to NFL policy is a violation.
