Report: Dwight Howard Adds Clippers To "Wish List"

The Los Angeles Clippers are the fourth team on Dwight Howard’s “wish list” of teams to be traded to, according to Chris Sheridan. The list already includes the New Jersey Nets, the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers.

“He’s been watching them a lot. He’s intrigued by the Clippers,” a source told Sheridan.

Sheridan’s source also indicated that it is likely Howard finishes the season with the Orlando Magic, who improved to 9-3 on Monday. According to Sheridan, Howard’s agent has already been given permission to talk to the Nets, Mavericks and Lakers about possible trades, but it is unclear if the same permission has been granted for the Clippers.

According to Sheridan’s source, the most likely scenario for Howard to join the Clippers is in an offseason sign-and-trade deal.
