Keith Bogans To Have Season Ending Surgery
New Jersey Nets guard Keith Bogans will undergo season-ending surgery Monday, according to the New York Daily News.
The recently acquired veteran suffered a complete tear of his deltoid ligament and also suffered a fractured ankle in the Nets' loss to the Pistons Wednesday night, the Daily News Reports. Bogans is slotted to undergo surgery on Monday.
The nine-year-veteran had signed the Nets eight days ago after being released by the Chicago Bulls just prior to the 2011-12 season. Last year Bogans started every game for the Bulls, who had the best record in the NBA.
